Use of Service
By accessing and using Amendment 3 BNB, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. The platform is designed exclusively for verified U.S. military members, veterans, first responders, gold star families, and their designated family members.
Account Registration
Users must complete the verification process to access booking and hosting features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Booking and Cancellation
All bookings are subject to availability and host approval. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are displayed on each property page. Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, maintaining their property in good condition, and complying with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding short-term rentals.
Payment Terms
Amendment 3 BNB charges the host 2% and the traveler 9% of the total booking amount. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Host payouts are processed after guest check-in.
Limitation of Liability
A3BNB acts as a platform connecting hosts and guests. We are not directly responsible for listed properties, the conduct of users, or any disputes that may arise between hosts and guests.
Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Amendment 3 BNB, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
